All offerings are professional services delivered live by Jazmin Alvarez: consulting sessions, mentorship engagements, intuitive astrology readings and speaking engagements. Nothing sold here is a physical product.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.
After payment you receive a receipt and a scheduling link. Sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits hold your place in a mentorship container. The remaining balance is invoiced before the first session begins.
You may reschedule a single session once with at least 48 hours' notice at no cost. Inside 48 hours, or for a missed session, the session is considered delivered.
Mentorship engagements may be paused once for up to 30 days with written notice.
Single sessions and readings are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, less any payment processing fees. After a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
Multi-session engagements are refundable on a pro-rata basis for sessions not yet delivered. Deposits are non-refundable once onboarding materials have been sent.

Consulting and mentorship provide strategic and personal guidance. They are not a guarantee of any business, financial or personal outcome.
Astrology readings are intended for personal reflection, entertainment and self-exploration. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.
Everything discussed in a session is confidential. Client names and details are never shared publicly without written permission.
We collect only what is needed to deliver your session: your name, email, optional phone number, the details you submit in intake forms, and your booking history.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are never stored on this site.
You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time by emailing jazminalvarez@gmail.com.
We do not sell personal data. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.
